Total Station Inertial Navigation track Geometry Measuring instrument (AIS800T for short) is a perfect combination of inertial navigation system and total station, taking into account accuracy and efficiency of track geometry measurement products, all CPⅲ-based track precision measurement operations can be used.
High measurement accuracy:
Using the "absolute + relative" measurement method, the repeatability of gauge, ultra-high, rail direction, high and low, long and short wave irregularity can reach 0.2mm, and the absolute accuracy is better than 1mm (without considering the CPⅢ error).
High measurement efficiency:
The measuring car is quickly implemented on the rail (can not be implemented at a constant speed), and 6 to 8 CPⅢ points are used for absolute constraints every 120m (2 pairs of CPⅢ spacing, not more than 200m is appropriate). During the whole measurement process, the total station does not need to be leveling, which greatly saves operating time, and the absolute control efficiency of the system can reach 2 to 3km/h. The system supports a single CPⅢ point for absolute constraint, and its operating efficiency can reach 3~5km/h.

Advanced data processing:

Data "one-click" processing, for the ballasted track, the software automatically generates the lifting track plan, seamless docking of large machine tamping operation; For ballastless tracks, the software simulates track adjustment and guides fastener/plate replacement.
Strong environment adaptability:
The device is not sensitive to temperature, wind, electromagnetic interference and other influences.
