It is suitable for the track detection of all lines, especially for the accurate measurement of universal speed railway lines, and guides the fine stamping operation of large machines. Can also be used for ballastless track relative measurement, guide fastener/plate replacement.

Odometers Inertial navigation track geometry measuring instrument (AIS800M for short) is a product that combines inertial navigation system and mileage sensor, taking into account accuracy and efficiency of track geometry measurement products, dedicated to solving the problem of existing ballastable track precision measurement without control network below 160km/h, and guiding the fine tamping operation of large machines.

· The use of inertial navigation instead of pure gyroscope can eliminate the impact of the implementation speed, fat edge, and falling block on the measurement data during operation;

· Adjust the track to the "design line" as much as possible for each maintenance;

· The overall processing of data can well solve the fitting and adjustment of linear positions in special areas such as vertical curves, circular curves and turnout, so that they are closer to the design shape of the line;

· "one-click" data processing, solving the problem of difficult data processing and using multiple software processing;

· The interface of data optimization software is open, and measurement data in other ways can be optimized by this software;

· Stable measurement data with good repeatability;

· Improve the comfort of train operation while reducing the TQI of the line (the problem of wagging).
